The project

Tarlac City, in the heart of Central Luzon, has become a focal point for solar energy in the Philippines. This particular project was developed under the country’s Feed-in-Tariff (FiT) Programme—an initiative designed to accelerate the adoption of renewable energy by offering developers fixed payments for the electricity they produce, guaranteed for 20 years.
